These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rabbit's Foot Productions (operated by Nicholas Burrows) ("we," "us," "our") for your use of Song Busters (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. Contact us any time at info@songbustersgame.com.
You must be at least 16 years old if you live in the EU/EEA or UK, or at least 13 years old elsewhere, to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You can play as a guest or create an account with Apple, Google or email. Guest accounts can join Live Games; some features, such as hosting games, the 24 Hour Challenge and Game of the Day, need a registered account.
You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete Account, or by email if you can't access the App (see songbustersgame.com/delete-account). Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.
Player names and game names are visible to other players. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not create a player name, game name or any other content that:
We filter shared names and text for objectionable language. You can report a player's name or game content and block other players from inside the App. We review reports daily and aim to act on them within 24 hours.
If you break these rules, we may remove the content and suspend or permanently close your account, without notice and without refund of any subscription fees, where the law allows.
Song Busters is a competition, so keep it fair. You must not:
We may remove scores or results that we reasonably believe were achieved unfairly.
Song Busters is free to play. Song Busters Pro is an optional subscription, available monthly or yearly, that unlocks extra features.
We may change which features are included in the free version or in Pro. If we make a change that materially reduces what an active Pro subscription includes, we'll tell you in advance.
Song Busters doesn't show ads on any tier, free or Pro.
Song previews in the App come from external sources and remain the property of their artists and rights holders. They're provided only for playing the game. Don't record, download or redistribute them.
Links that open a song in a music streaming service take you to that service, which has its own terms.
You keep ownership of the player names, game names and other content you create. You give us permission to store, display and use that content worldwide, free of charge, so we can run the App, for example by showing your player name to the people you play with and on leaderboards. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for shared game history kept without your identity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for the content you create, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
The App, its design, software, graphics and the Song Busters name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms.
We work hard to keep Song Busters running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features, or the App itself, at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those required by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other players or the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as Sections 8, 9, 11 and 14, continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or by other reasonable means before they take effect. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision.
